Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kirelta ("Service"), operated from kirelta.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kirelta provides calibrated drift and reliability monitoring for machine learning models via API and web dashboards. Features and limits vary by plan, described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact address if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• No sending of data you don’t have the right to process (e.g. data violating third-party rights or applicable law).
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits or plan limits, or to interfere with the Service’s operation.
• No decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering the Service, and no systematic querying, scraping or other automated extraction meant to reconstruct how its models or methods work, or to train a substitute on its outputs.
• No use of the Service to build a directly competing product without our written consent.

Measuring the Service’s accuracy or calibration on your own data, and publishing what you measure, is allowed.

4. Beta status

Kirelta is currently offered as a beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this phase.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, via Paddle, our merchant of record. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; once it is used, further requests are refused until the next month or an upgrade, and no overage is charged. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See pricing for current rates.

6. Data

You retain ownership of data you send to Kirelta. We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on handling and retention.

7. Intellectual property

Kirelta and its licensors own the Service, including its software, models, methods, documentation, website and brand. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business while your account is active, and no other right, title or licence to it.

You own the data you send and the results the Service returns for it, and you may use those results as you choose.

You may not copy, modify, sell or distribute the Service, or remove its notices. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time yourself in Settings, or by contacting us. Closing it ends any paid subscription immediately and deletes your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is." Kirelta’s statistical outputs (drift signals, recommended actions) are decision support, not guarantees — you remain responsible for decisions made using the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Kirelta’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
